Rebellious Gold Tents
Site Update
Good evening, just a real quick update about the Gold Tent. After it was released they decided to randomly duplicate themselves if anyone shood the pet away, this wasn't something that happened during testing and we're not truly sure why it decided to become such a pain to begin with.
However due to how many were duplicated we are having to delete all of the Gold Tents from the site, so we have gone ahead and reset this months premium item so you can grab a new one.
If your premium ran out between the initial release (May 2nd) and this release go ahead and contact Chelle (#7310)!
Note: If your currently using your tent it will take it from your inventory but it won't end your current session.

Tent Oopsie
New Feature
It seems our Gold Tents decided to try and multiply into a campsite!
An unfortunate glitch has them duplicating when you turn away the pet you captured. Yasu can't immediately sweep up the spares so we've made the item account bound for the moment in time.
Sorry for any inconvenience, folks, we should have this fixed by this evening!

The Campgrounds are now Open! we have revamped the tent feature found in the game to make it its own little mini game with a bit more excitement! We currently have 3 types of tents available: the original Tent, the Gold Tent, and the Platinum Tent. The original Tent works simply, you set it up and come back after some time and see if you got a pet! The tent does have a chance to break or having the pet escape!
The Gold Tent will never break and is this month's premium item. It can also be obtained through Premium Grab Bags.
The Platinum Tent is a new microtransaction that we have been asked for. It's available in the USD shop for $3.00 USD, and is the only tent that can be used in retired locations! So if you missed adventuring in one of the holiday zones or slashbot zones this will let you try to catch those pets! The first use has a 100% chance it will not break, after that it has a low chance to break.
Note: If you have a tent in the old system, then you will not see the changes! We don't want anyone to lose their pets.
To go along with the Campgrounds you can now cook Bait via gourmet cooking! These baits come in 3 different tiers, with increasing chances of finding higher rarity pets.
If you are looking for something a bit shinier to help you out, you can take those freshly cooked baits and head on over to Alchemy to combine them with Tranquilizers and some other Alchemy Components in order to make Bait with Tranq's! These special baits will knock the pet out inside the tent so they will remain inside for a longer period of time.

Polishing the Genus Guide

Evening folks!
(Or whatever time of the day/night it is where you live)
As some of you may have noticed, I spent the last few days cleaning up the Genus Guide a bit. I've updated any info that was outdated, fixed some layout issues and typos, replaced site pet images with a blank pet image and added all alternate linearts to their respective genus' page. At a later date, I will also go back and add 400px versions for any PSDs for which we have them available.
Hopefully this will make the guide into a more useful resource for you guys!
Finally, a blank "me"!
I think everything should be in order now, but if you still notice anything out of place with the genus guide, please let me know so I can go back and fix it! You can contact me through PM, or by pinging me in the comments below (if you insist on making my mistake public *sob*).
Potential mistakes include:
- typos
- incorrect or incomplete info
- broken links or images
- missing linearts
- anything else that just doesn't look right

Next up is the long awaited return of the Art Gallery!
The art gallery contest is now all month long - starting on the first of the month you have until 11:59pm on the last day to submit your entry! The Gallery page will have the month's theme posted for you, as well as previews of the next two month's themes.
This month I'd like you to celebrate May with us! From May Day, to Beltane, bonfires, bushes, and even morris dancers - we want you to bring the essence of May celebrations to Aywas.
You cannot use official Aywas stock with this theme. Click through for the rest of the rules for this contest.
You have until 11:59pm May 31st to get in your entries, and I can't wait to see what you do!
