Teo Eggs

We've finally figured out what we want to do with Teo Eggs! Like we said before, we decided that a random event was going to determine the owners of Teo Eggs (as opposed to breeding and adoption center stalking, as then everyone could have a chance).

To prevent people from auto-refreshing or cheating to get Teos, which was our main issue with them being a pure chance random event considering it'd cause a lot of lag, we decided that one teo egg will be given out by the site at 6:00 PM every day. All you have to do is be online at that time and the script could randomly choose you to send the Teo Egg event to.

Good luck! There are sixty five Teo sitting in the queue right now so a new one will go out at 6:00 PM for quite a while, and we'll restock them as needed.

Also sorry for the double post, but! I also think this is a great way to deal with the teo issue, though I'd like to see rotating timezones for the drop and them still to be a thing when breeding.

My first post was short and out of context. Your first post, to someone who did not mention you or even think you could answer the question. I am not running around the site constantly making ugly posts about you or anything along those lines.

I did not lost respect for you as a human who snipped at someone who said they were cheating.

I lost respect for you because I made a comment asking a programmer how it was going to work and received your reactionary, unsolicited, comment calling me names.
A staff member should answer questions addressed to them in a polite manner on ANY website. The question was not addressed to you, it was not accusatory, you simply took it that way, and I do not think any other staff member here would have reacted as rudely as you did. It was out of line.

My initial post was not addressed to you, yours was addressed to me, I do not think the error in judgement was mine, the error in grammar was. This was why I lost respect for you today, until today, I never imagined you or any aywas staff would act in such a manner.

Maybe twice a day would be best for different timezones!! I mean I'm on the same time as Aywas, but it seems unfair to others in different timezones.

Frid (#28513) and they will always do their very best to please the customers/users and keep them happy (we all love aywas staff even when we don't xP). However, you can't please them all, not everyone's gonna be happy. Even within the most successful businesses there are going to be people that do their best just to complain. I'm not trying to say that people on aywas are like that (quite the opposite most times), but there will always be those 1 or 2 *shrugs*. One can only do the best they can, as I'm sure the staff will do, especially with all the commotion. I too want everyone to get a chance (why I made a suggestion as well xD xP) but that may not always be possible. In this specific situation/time it wasn't but the Aywas staff is limited and busy all the time. I hope I don't/didn't come off as rude, really I'm not trying to be, I just-I dunno wanna explain myself? ~Kat('s totally geeking out watching TableTop on youtube >.> xP)

Conium (#39365) - Honestly, it doesn't matter where I do or don't hold my tongue because people expect more of me than any person can give. I'm not allowed to speak my mind on tumblr because people want to hold that against the site, and I can't speak my mind here either because people doubly do as such.
In the end, I'm human. Sometimes I'm going to get fed up and I'm not going dip my response in honey and sugar. If people would find it less shocking that staff are users and people too, then things would probably be a lot less shocking.

Orange (#52359) - Yes, my singular use of the term "killjoy" was in hindsight used in an unwarranted manner, but as a programmer I'm sure you've worked on a lot of these sites where comments (as yours appeared to be at the beginning) have been made with the purpose of being accusatory. Aywas is no exception. When a comment styled as yours was is usually meant as an attack then it is not hard to expect that people would take it as such.
Like I said, if we had both perhaps been clearer in our original post - yours as to what you were inquiring, and mine as to why yours bothered me, then we would not be at this point. We both made an error, and as such we are where we are now.

Hello, not a mod, not a low number account, not a bff to the staff, I have a bunch of teos, i've won things in events, i've had a decent life in my 2 or so years of aywas. you do not have to be rude about it or be one of these 'known' players to get this stuff, the only reason people think you do is because when they do god forbid win something on a sit they play and contribute to, you NOTICE them because of who they are, it's your own fault if you don't notice us 'lesser players' winning stuff!

I play another game (Not like this) and in it you have kingdoms and people who lead the kingdom in wars with other kingdoms and such. I am the monarch for my kingdom and I know that patience only goes so far and people can be human and have a bad day just like anyone else. Even though people are in a position where they should nice and friendly all the time the human bug effects them too. I'm just saying people aren't perfect. I left two other sites like this because of everyone bickering and the drama and I'm glad I really haven't seen it here. Now if I could only win a contest at some point I would really be happy.lol English is not my first language so I hope I made some sense.lol
