Teo Eggs

Site Update

We've finally figured out what we want to do with Teo Eggs! Like we said before, we decided that a random event was going to determine the owners of Teo Eggs (as opposed to breeding and adoption center stalking, as then everyone could have a chance).

To prevent people from auto-refreshing or cheating to get Teos, which was our main issue with them being a pure chance random event considering it'd cause a lot of lag, we decided that one teo egg will be given out by the site at 6:00 PM every day. All you have to do is be online at that time and the script could randomly choose you to send the Teo Egg event to.

Good luck! There are sixty five Teo sitting in the queue right now so a new one will go out at 6:00 PM for quite a while, and we'll restock them as needed.

Since then a few others have thrown that around. Really made my day when you pinged me and said this though for some reason. x3 I'm pretty sure there used to at least be random gifting for people who were active that day so if that's true the site can do the code/script for that one. :3

Yeaaaaaah. 1am is not a good time.

I love the suggested options of random drop times/another drop time to support everyone who is not in an American timezone. Along with the throw a teo at a user who logged in on the day.

Yeah I support the random/unlisted time idea. While 6pm is ok for my timezone, it will create a black hole of lag and possibly crash the website as a majority of users refresh the page. Even if it's not 'first refresher' or whatever.

Yeah, I support the various alternatives as well - 6 pm every day really isn't really fair to pretty much all European users :/

Since I'm in the UK (so midnight)

Maybe swap the times every week?

Though saying that, just leave the computer on every once in a while!

Yeah.. I'm not in the US but I'd imagine just leaving your phone/computer on with aywas might be an option? xD
