Your task is to carve a vegetable or fruit (gourd, turnip, pumpkin, cucumber, carrot, potato, etc.) like something Aywas-related!

With the return of the Welcome Back page, we've decided to convert the mostly unused User Spotlight into an Artist Spotlight, as has been suggested a few times. We hope to be able to spotlight lots of different artists, especially any new artists who've appeared on the Aywas radar!
But to do so, we need your help! Please stop by the Artist Spotlight Suggestion to nominate anyone you see who you think deserves a little recognition for their work. Self-nominations are okay too!

Please excuse me for taking over a news post, but... I'm quite hungry.
And you may be asking yourself, why does that concern me? Well, you've hoarded all of my food and there's none left for me! *Droops ears*
So if you would kindly trot on over to my raffle threads in the event forum, I'm hosting an appetizer and a big feast. In exchange for feeding me and replenishing my food stores so I can go back into hibernation, I may reward you with something in return!
*Stomach grumbles and gurgles*
I've been hibernating for years... so don't waste time! My stomach isn't very patient so the raffles will only be open until November 1st 11:59:59 PM AST.

PayPal issues fixed, and BALLOONS!!

Our PayPal script has been fixed! It's working properly again :)
You jingle the balloon around. There's something inside...
Balloons have floated their way into the GP Shop! Each balloon opens up into a random item. The Blue Balloon opens into a random item of any rarity, the Gold Balloon opens into a random item rarity 8+, and the Silver Balloon opens into a random item rarity AD.
The prices were based on their counterparts, the Ghost Chocolates and Lotus Eggs, so hopefully they're suitable!
There are some exclusions from the item pool that these draw upon. First, they cannot yield a Slashbot, Platinum Breeding Pendant, Lesser Breeding Pendant, Favor From Tak, or Santa's Bag. They also don't yield non-items from the Salon (like non-equip hairs) or private user items with specific ownership. Everything else is fair game, though!
To celebrate the balloons and fixing the finicky PayPal script, you'll get a bonus balloon with every GP Purchase! $10.00 yields a Blue, $20.00 yields a Gold, and $30.00 yields a Silver. This offer is valid for one week!
