Site Update
Well, there you go, our maintenance is over...it required a couple of re-tries as things went wrong. <_< But now we are back! I hope you occupied your time better than I did. I watched more Maury in the last 12 hours than anyone should ever do.
If you encounter any issues on the site now that we have our new operating system, post them here in this news post so we can address them...after sleeping/dying/etc. We'll throw some sort of party if our battle against lag and the gateway error have succeeded.
I'm sure Visark will give you some pets today too. Wooooo! Okay nevermind she already did, I just slept through it
Vote on this, it makes my life easier as I determine how this reformat did.

Fancy trying your hand at some Gael, Insi and Melo colourations for the coming week? I'm starting to excel at counting in multiples of ten, but maths doesn't stay with me very easily, don'tcherknow... so go ahead, submit some pets, earn yourself 10 GP per colouration and help keep the cogs of my brain all nicely oiled! Going down, for the last time.
Site Update
Hey everybody, I am so sorry about all the lag and glitches you have been seeing around the site. After heavy investigation, I came to the realization that my guys over in the Data Center where the Aywas server is located installed the incorrect operating system version. For those of you who understand what I am talking about, a 32bit PAE version was installed of the operating system, instead of a 64bit.
The complications that arose from this are noticeable, and we can not rectify these issues until we can re-install the system. So, here is what is going to happen. About 2AM, you will see a downtime page, about half an hour after that, you will see nothing, the site will go down completely. This should last a couple hours, until such a point you will eventually see the downtime page again. All in all, the site could be down between the hours of 2AM and 8AM, but we are hoping to have the site back and running by 6AM.
Once this has been completed, the load issues you are seeing now, as well as all the gateway errors, should be completely gone. What we're going to do to compensate you for the downtime, is we are going to throw everybody a little bit of a party. What does this mean? Who knows, it's a secret ;)
Once again, we sincerely apologize about the inconvenience. Note though also, that NO data will be lost, under any circumstances. ALL data will be safely restored. Once again, I apologize for the inconveniences, and am doing my best to rectify the situation.
A quick note the site might be a bit slow for the next hour, while I generate a backup, to test the restoration capabilities. The site will speed back up shortly.

Hey everyone, as of now the site should be stable, ultra fast and ready to go. If you are seeing any bugs or glitches from the move still, please get in contact with me and I will work out all of the kinks, you can do so by going over to he Forums and posting in he "Server Move" thread.

Alright we are back!

Hey everyone, we are back!!! Guess what, I went ahead and installed the following features.

Magic Quest ( Click )
Currently working out some kinks with the Achievements feature, but, it should be ready pretty darn quick!!!! Be prepared for awesome everyone.
If you find any weirdness around the site that shouldn't be there (things missing, things that are breaking that didn't break before, etc), report it in this Announcements thread.

Aywas Going Offline!
Site Update
At about 10PM (Aywas Time) the website will be going offline. By about 12-1AM (Aywas Time) some of you will start to see the site again, while others it can take a few more hours while the transition over to our new hosting platform takes place. While we are offline, I will be putting Pacman once again, just to keep everybody occupied.
So don't panic, we won't be gone for long!! Be ready for a couple neat new things once we do come back though ;)
