"May 19th is World IBD Day.
IBD stands for inflammatory bowel disease, and is about as fun as it sounds. Specifically, it includes the Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis. Two - permanent - conditions for which there is no known medical cure that works for certain, no proper known cause, and very little support for the people suffering from it, as it's "rude" or even "taboo" to suffer from something, that means you might have to spend a lot of time on (or near) a toilet. Imagine having to explain to your class mates, that you have no energy, because you're loosing both blood and pretty much everything you eat every day, with no time to really get that energy back. Oh, and you need to stay within one minutes walk of an unoccupied toilet to feel comfortable. That's what it's like to have an IBD when the disease is bad. And for those that are really unlucky, this is every day, every week and every month of the year.
IBD usually hits young people between age 15 and 35, but can also hit children or older people. 1 in 200 people in the US are estimated to suffer from it. If you all do the math, it means that there statistically are Aywas users suffering from this as well. So wear the little hair clip for support the people that might be too shy - or even embarrassed - to explain about their unique daily challenges."

Amazon Payments reinstated

We have decided to return the Amazon Payments option as a payment processor on the Buy GP and USD Items page.
A chargeback situation update has been posted in my original thread -- click here. To sum it up, the processor has done right by us for the duplicate chargebacks and provided a refund. We are still waiting for the results of the initial set, but this is a step in the right direction and has renewed our faith in this processor.

Design Ticket + SCC Item Updates

As mentioned a few days ago, we have removed the Design Ticket (and its associated packages) from the GP Shop and the USD Shop. If you already have a Design Ticket in your inventory, you can continue using them as normal.
To aid our efforts in clearing out the queue, we have decided to raise the pay for the GCC Team to $20.00 per design, effective immediately. In addition, for every five GCC designs that a team member completes from this point forward, they will earn a 50 GP bonus.
If you would like to apply to the GCC Team, feel free to do so on this page.
The SCC items in the USD Shop (the Foo Fang, Flaming Scale, and Komore Vial) are going to be retired from the USD Shop in one week.
Now that we have a script that counts the number of items sold in the USD Shop, we are offering SCC artists the opportunity to place an SCC species in the USD Shop for a revenue split.

Your task is to create anything Aywas-themed using the medium of sidewalk chalk. If you don't have access to this material, you can also try to replicate the look/feel of sidewalk chalk using other materials. Creating the effect with an art program is also fine! :3
Official Aywas stock is not permitted for this theme.
