New Articles Appear, and Predicts!

It seems we have a few new articles to release in the Knowledge Base! Thanks to the combined effort of staff, including Mauri #1010, Graymare #14978, and Frey #90, we bring you the Breeding Predict Guides!
With so much information to account for, we went ahead and split it into two articles for your viewing pleasure!
- The Basics of User Predicts details how breeding predicts work, from the number required to percentages and much more.
- Rules for Submitting User Predictions is a more in-depth article that lays out user prediction rules with visual examples, tips and tricks, and a section for Rejections.
These two articles were key to release first in order to roll out the second part of this newspost... Radioactive Breeding Coin and Derp Breeding Coin predicts!
That's right, as of this newspost we will be allowing predicts for RBC/Derp coins! If you read the above articles you will see proper ways of submitting predicts for both of these coins. RBC in particular has some unique rules so be sure you are aware of them before you submit.
I also wanted to direct everyone's attention to this little gem on your submitted breedings list...
Some of you may remember that this exists, some may not. This is a box that, ideally, would allow you to put notes about your breeding for artists to see. We are going to also release this feature formally for users to use in their breedings! However, please keep the following in mind:
- You MAY NOT use the feature to bash artists, make extreme demands, or otherwise break the TOS. This feature is meant to make SUGGESTIONS ONLY to the artist about your breeding and is only that -- a suggestion. The artist can take them as they will based on interpretation if you decide to submit one!
- Any breeding rules apply as well, and you cannot use it to step around said rules. Any infractions of this or the above point will potentially mean reminders, warnings, or breeding bans.
- You cannot use the feature to request a specific artist unless you are using an artist ticket/speedy breeding ticket. You cannot also request the amount of babies you want done, the species you want done, etc (such as with Embryo breedings -- you can't say 'I want a Kyre!' since it's rolled randomly).
A few good examples of what we are allowing for these notes:
"I'd really like to see the wings from the Melo and the swirls from the Reve exemplified in the Griffin offspring, if possible!"
"I don't really want excessive gore or blood in my EBC breeding, that grosses me out."
"I don't like pink or purple, please keep these out of potential artist palette choices!"
I stress the above again -- be respectful in your suggestions. Everything will be policed as it's read by me or another staff member before it gets assigned out. If we feel you are excessively breaking the rules, you will be punished for it!

Black Friday sales will be occurring on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday according to this schedule:
Friday: GP Purchases will include 50% extra GP
Saturday: GP Purchases will include 40% extra GP
Sunday: GP Purchases will include 30% extra GP
Monday: GP Purchases will include 20% extra GP
The GP Shop will stock with an abundance of rare items for the duration of the sale. Some of the items may only be available on Friday due to their rarity.
Get ready, because when the clock strikes midnight on Friday, the sale begins!

Raw Gold Crystal gets some extra polish!
Rules
Two minor custom tidbits today -
The Raw Gold Crystal has been feeling a little undervalued (*sniffle*), and with no reasonable explanation why it'd be different. So just a brief update to let you know it's been put on par with every other Gold item from now on - 75%.
The "Notes" box when submitting a custom pet to the Custom Queue currently isn't linked to the staff-side panel, so anything written there goes off to the big null server in the sky. If you need to attach a note to a custom submission in the interim, please toss a PM to Graymare (#14978).
:3 Mwwrrror. *purr*

Pet Submissions - New Ay Region
Site Update
Team 1337 is adding a new Adventure region to the wonderful world of Ay--and they need your help filling it to the brim with rad pets galore! The area is scheduled to open in late January, so you have plenty of time to polish up your best underwater creations.
The team is specifically looking for common and uncommon Ay genuses that fit the following theme: any and all kinds of sharks, eels, stingrays/eagle rays, octopi/squid, poisonous jellyfish, large predatory fish (barracudas, swordfish/marlin, tunas), and deep sea creatures (viperfish, anglerfish, gulper eels, chimaeras).
If the idea of contributing to this uncharted world hasn't caught your fancy yet, maybe some treasure will?
Team 1337 is offering this impressive trove of prizes and other unlockable tiers!
