Update on Chargeback Situation

Site Update

Due to our inability to find a favorable result with Amazon Payments, we have decided to remove our option to pay with Amazon Payments for the USD Shop and GP Purchases. We will only be taking PayPal until further notice, including with the USD Auction.

Unfortunately, with this situation, all payments being sent there are immediately being taken from us, which leaves us unable to pay artists for the items you purchase. This is unacceptable, and thus we will only be taking PayPal until the situation is fully resolved.

EDIT: We can offer manual processing of transactions through Square to those who cannot or do not want to use PayPal. To read more about this option, please visit the knowledge base.

Please remember that you can help us out with this situation by going to the Special Cash Auctions. Some of the pets will be ending tomorrow!

We will invoice all the winners when all pets' auctions have expired. The auctions will be completely over on Thu May 14, 2015 7:33pm. Be sure to get in any last minute bids!

J.A.K. (#15) Just one question about the Square thing. The form, it says 'bonuses' do you mean if we're buying anything from the Cash Shop, it'd be listed there? Or.... something else that I'm missing? XD I just wanna make sure before I make any solid plans to do anything.

Biolume ☆ミ (#1339) wow, being a bit- uhm, abrassive there.
But also, nooooope, way to not understand banks sweetie.
Paypal does this thing- called "Pre approval" which means that the bank can't and won't decline the charge, no matter how many times you ask them to decline ANY charge that would cause an overdaft.

So no, that DOES NOT WORK. And if you're implying that I always keep every dollar possible in an account I have moved away from using, just so paypal doesn't screw me? Uh, well, how do I put this politely- Just no.

And as I said, partner was able to get paypal set up to default to a card on *his* account- but on mine the option does NOT work, he even did it himself, to his frustration and the tech support/customer service folks frustration.

I refuse to give them my Social Security number, and till I do, they refuse to fix my account- ergo, flipping horrible service.

★Luna★kiri★ (#323) Bonuses are such things as mystery tickets when they're available.

I have never had any issues with Paypal and I have 2 bank accounts and 2 credit cards linked. For me anyway their customer service has been great and they have always helped me when I needed it. So I have no problem using them. Though I am really confused about Amazon though. If they got their money from you (Which is why we were having the customs auction) why are they taking more?

moonlightfox (#52085) Yes, they do, but it costs an extra 3$ beyond the amount you load onto the card as a processing fee.

Sean&Katje (#55980) My account is in the negative so whenever someone buys anything using Amazon, the money is taken automatically from me.
