Site Update
The transactions script has now run, updating your accounts to where they should be based on your purchases, your sales, the money you sent to other users, and the money they sent to you. Click here to view your transaction log.
For those of you who received official payments from staff, those were not refunded by the script. Contact the staff member who organized your payment to have it reimbursed.
Next we are going to be focusing on trying to piece together the missing accounts for newer users who registered after the rollback date. More information will be forthcoming when we have more of an idea of how to do this.
Missing Accounts
Anyone with a missing account should send an email to [email protected] with as much information as you can: the account ID, the pets you have (or names given to them), conversations you may have, recent store or GP purchases, etc.
Excess GP
If you have excess GP or BP, this is because we didn't remove amounts from purchases you made to official shops. You can safely spend it - consider it as a gift for the server practically exploding!
BP Event
It's not really an event, just that we're going to be doubling the output of BP the site gives out for a week to cover lost BP. For example, when this is confirmed and released, you'll earn twice as much adventuring. Hopefully that'll even things out.

I'm missing ALL of the BP that was in my Bank account, along with the BP I've earned from adventuring! Check the bank log to see how much I've deposited vs. how much I have taken out!

I earned roughly 500k in adventure since the downtime that is now gone. I assume it went to pay a legit transaction, but obviously the money i had to make that original purchase didn't come from adventuring I had done in the past few days. It's not really a big enough deal to stress over especially given the bp event but i thought I'd mention it.

Like some others I'm missing SP. I had gotten 6 total in January for 2nd place in throwing bones and 1st in explore experience.

This is awesome, but is it already confirmed and released? Because I don't get the double BP while exploring.
And there are still several wrong things: Too little pet slots, too little inventory slots, already unlocked areas are locked again (except 2 = desert and bridge :( ), etc.!
Don't get me wrong, I really appreciate that Aywas already fixed so many things, but I am still a bit afraid that the mentioned issues won't be fixed, since I find any statement regarding these problems.

Roughly 2,500,000 BP are missing from my account as of today. I had actually sold some GP that I had bought from Explorer Games for BP. So this hurts, and I'm not amused, I'm sorry to say. :(

I'm missing 1 GP and all except 30 BP (I could have sworn I had around 300k before the downtime since I was thinking about buying a book of ressurection because I had enough and I'd been saving up for it from playing Grave Robber and from adventure). Thanks for all the work you're all putting in to restore everything after the downtime though (:

Ah! WOW! Thank you so much! <3 It makes sense now (with site shops not having been run). And this is why I'm not a coder. XD Ok, will pm Mauri. Fyi, I'm sure you're aware, but none of the notifications from before the crash have come back either and some of the PMs themselves are messed up (I know Eri knows this so I'm sure you do). ;) Will we get a news update telling us what to do if pets, etc. are missing too? Or is that going to be another script. Either way, thank you for keeping us informed and for letting us keep that money. And thank you again to Yasu who really is a supercoder! <3 - V
