Site Update
The transactions script has now run, updating your accounts to where they should be based on your purchases, your sales, the money you sent to other users, and the money they sent to you. Click here to view your transaction log.
For those of you who received official payments from staff, those were not refunded by the script. Contact the staff member who organized your payment to have it reimbursed.
Next we are going to be focusing on trying to piece together the missing accounts for newer users who registered after the rollback date. More information will be forthcoming when we have more of an idea of how to do this.
Missing Accounts
Anyone with a missing account should send an email to [email protected] with as much information as you can: the account ID, the pets you have (or names given to them), conversations you may have, recent store or GP purchases, etc.
Excess GP
If you have excess GP or BP, this is because we didn't remove amounts from purchases you made to official shops. You can safely spend it - consider it as a gift for the server practically exploding!
BP Event
It's not really an event, just that we're going to be doubling the output of BP the site gives out for a week to cover lost BP. For example, when this is confirmed and released, you'll earn twice as much adventuring. Hopefully that'll even things out.

Well my dailies WERE resetting but now they aren't so I that means more PP that will be lost as well as more BP. I'm really beginning to question the reasoning behind continuing to play. Loosing too much currency that there's no way to even come close to getting back in the single week of double BP I just don't have enough hrs in a day to sit here and try to get back the 4.7million BP I lost.

I kinda have to agree with the other players who questionw hy they're still playing here. If I hadn't already shelled so much real life money into the game I wouldn't likely stick around either, since it doesn't seem like anything people have mentioned (about adventure, or the bp/gp they're still missing) is going to have anythign done about it. I have real life things to deal with, i wont' be able to make back everything I lost during the server crash.
And while it's nice to give the users something for free - not everyone was able to get the downtime potion because it was only available for one day - so what about all the users who weren't able to get it, and their accounts are still screwed up? (i got mine, I'm just saying, a lot of users didn't. that's not really fair).

If I'm wrong, then I apologize right now. But if it just seems like a simple quick update on the news post saying 'we are aware of the current issues users are still experiencing and are getting them dealt with as best we can' or something to that effect, I really think would alleviate alot of peoples' concerns.

I'm missing 1mil BP from when I adventured before the script ran. The instant the script ran I lost 1 mil which makes no sense because my on-hand money at the time had all come from adventuring...

i've luckily not had any issues that others are mentioning except that while i had the fireworks background earlier today, now it's gone
not a huge concern or anything, just figured i'd post about it ;)
