Site Update
The transactions script has now run, updating your accounts to where they should be based on your purchases, your sales, the money you sent to other users, and the money they sent to you. Click here to view your transaction log.
For those of you who received official payments from staff, those were not refunded by the script. Contact the staff member who organized your payment to have it reimbursed.
Next we are going to be focusing on trying to piece together the missing accounts for newer users who registered after the rollback date. More information will be forthcoming when we have more of an idea of how to do this.
Missing Accounts
Anyone with a missing account should send an email to [email protected] with as much information as you can: the account ID, the pets you have (or names given to them), conversations you may have, recent store or GP purchases, etc.
Excess GP
If you have excess GP or BP, this is because we didn't remove amounts from purchases you made to official shops. You can safely spend it - consider it as a gift for the server practically exploding!
BP Event
It's not really an event, just that we're going to be doubling the output of BP the site gives out for a week to cover lost BP. For example, when this is confirmed and released, you'll earn twice as much adventuring. Hopefully that'll even things out.

It's pretty much impossible to log every single thing that happens from Adventure, including BP earned. I should shut up about things, since I don't actually know what's going on.

I have -13 GP on hand but I have the correct amount in the bank. Lots of BP is missing (about 3mil I think) but I really only care about the GP. The refund report is correct, but it shouldn't have been processed twice, now I'm short. :/

@ everyone, the script was for BP that came from user to user transactions (and GP), not for pets/adventure unlock/site generated BP - if you d read through comments and look for the ones from staff along with reading the news properly, you d probably see it.

Yay! I don't care about the BP missing or not, that's easily made back.
GP is not so easily made. I know I had 27 GP before the crash, cos I'd paid someone 3 gp for breeding fee, but now I have 30, so I'm wondering how I got the extra 3 gp.
Either way, whichever way - I am proud of the Aways team for working so hard to make things right for their users, to make everybody feel better. Unfortunately, it's near to impossible to satisfy everyone. But I think I can speak for the majority of the users - we're all just happy to be back and up running.
As for the lairs and shops, be patient - they know about it - they're working to make sure all's shipshape! So please patience!!! :)

It didn't log right. I had WELL over 4 mil BP, and now I'm under 100k. I might actually have a screen shot of this somewhere to prove it... If I find it, I'll put it here.
Also, NONE of the adventure locations I had opened up have been restored, NONE of them. And I had them ALL and MASTERED them all. Now it wants me to start over again!
AND... I had more than 30 tiny glittering rocks, two thousand trash points, and all the pets from the Mountains (it says I'm missing the shining insi), Enchanted Forest (is says I need to recapture the star burst bumble), the Wasteland (it says I need to recapture the abysinnian finx), and the Seaside (it says I need to recapture the bullfrog wibbit and the candy stripe ryba). Who do I have to contact to get that all back? PLUS, I bought a Titanic Gael for 2.5 million BP (bringing me dow to the 4+million I had) and I can't even check to see if it's there because it won't let me into my lair.
*growls angrily in extreme frustration and disappointment*
