Site Update
The transactions script has now run, updating your accounts to where they should be based on your purchases, your sales, the money you sent to other users, and the money they sent to you. Click here to view your transaction log.
For those of you who received official payments from staff, those were not refunded by the script. Contact the staff member who organized your payment to have it reimbursed.
Next we are going to be focusing on trying to piece together the missing accounts for newer users who registered after the rollback date. More information will be forthcoming when we have more of an idea of how to do this.
Missing Accounts
Anyone with a missing account should send an email to [email protected] with as much information as you can: the account ID, the pets you have (or names given to them), conversations you may have, recent store or GP purchases, etc.
Excess GP
If you have excess GP or BP, this is because we didn't remove amounts from purchases you made to official shops. You can safely spend it - consider it as a gift for the server practically exploding!
BP Event
It's not really an event, just that we're going to be doubling the output of BP the site gives out for a week to cover lost BP. For example, when this is confirmed and released, you'll earn twice as much adventuring. Hopefully that'll even things out.

I hate to join the barrage of questions, but what about missing pets? My active pet "does not exist" anymore, and that is seriously not okay. u.u It was the first pet I ever caught. It wasn't a custom or anything. I just want him to exist again.

To clarify, I didn't spend any after the downtime, either, to be extra careful not to mess things up. I had anywhere from 28-31 GP. No less than 28, no more than 31. Now I have 8. However, a few weeks ago I benefitted from accidentally getting twice the GP I bought when Paypal was having issues, which Slash said to keep. It was nice but extra. I'm not going to throw a fit if that's what I lost this time! Thank you, staff, for everything you have done to fix up the site. I hope the rest of the issues continue to work out. :) We appreciate your hard work!

The script did not take into account new GP purchased during that time period.

Just thought I'd post here too, since I posted in the glitches thread for missing GP. We're still missing a chunk of GP, we had saved up GP over the last year and know we didn't have the even number we have now ... I presume since we have no record we are just out of luck? :c

I'm in the same boat as bd84- W Rainbows I've been adventuring to gain BP back that I owe an artist since it was stated that site earned BP won't be returned and I had gained about 700k and now I'm down less then 400k. Any chance of getting this back? Or am I screwed again? I don't want to keep trying to get BP to pay the money I owe the artist only to have it be taken away yet again. Bad enough loosing 4million BP the first time now to loose more is just irritating.

Like others my gp and sp count is incorrect. I am missing a sp, from jan drinking game, and my account now says I have neg 97 gp when I had at least 38 gp before the site went down
