While working on stuck pets in Please ensure the pet is idle glitch thread. I discovered an old database issue that was affecting quite a few more pets than I think owners were aware of, where they were missing or stuck.
What happened was that, at some point, some pets were being marked with an invalid status, causing them to disappear from their owners' lairs despite not actually being involved in a trade, shop, or other activity. This would cause them to appear nowhere, but if you still had their ID number and went to the profile, you would get the error Please ensure the pet is idle while trying to do anything with them.
The good news is that I located and corrected 3,097 affected pets across 857 users!
These pets were not deleted, and their original IDs and information have been preserved. They should now be visible in their owners' lairs again under unsorted.
Some users had 100s of pets stuck, and due to the sheer volume of users affected reaching out in messages or pinging, it is not feasible to tell you which pets were unstuck.
Please take a moment to check your unsorted lair group You might find a familiar face (or several!) that you haven't seen in a while.
I'm still investigating what originally caused this issue. It's possible that some of these pets have been stuck for quite some time due to how hard it can be to retrieve the ID of a pet you can't see, which would explain why the problem was so difficult to notice.
If you notice a pet disappearing from your lair in the future, please report it in the glitch thread!
If possible, include the pet's ID and what you were doing immediately before it disappeared. That information could help me track down the original cause.
I will be watching to make sure no pets get stuck again, and checking the related code over the next few weeks to make sure there isn't still something lingering in the code that can cause this issue to return.
Just remember, if you see a pet you don't remember having before in your unsorted lair, it just might be a long-lost pet who found its way home today!

After which point, at any time, all PSDs from the previous sale will be wiped, so please double-check that you have everything downloaded from the Claimed Archive.
You will have until 11:59 PM AST on November 3rd to do so. or risk the PSD being gone.

The Seasonal Shop is now open! Eryn will happily accept your Halloween Candy and Bootato stash for the items and pets that she has available. The shop will remain open until after 11:59 PM AST on November 7th, so you will have a week to spend your currencies, complete any trades with your fellow users, and so on!

A small heads-up reminder: TOT High Score Winners will be captured at approximately 11/1, right after rollover.
Winners and prizes will be announced sometime after that, likely later in the day
The table will not freeze at that time , meaning it will still keep counting up as long as ToT is open.
Spending candy in the seasonal shop will not affect your high score feel free to spend it anytime!
We hope this gives users time to rest and enjoy the wind-down of the season!
Mini versions of the trophies that will be given out to the top 10 have also been added to the season shop as collectible fauna! Collect them all for a full set! Everyone's a winner!
All Ghoulish Gala festivites will be closed shortly after 11:59 PM AST on November 7th. This includes, but is not limited to, the Adventure area and ToT.
Pumpkin Patch will be set to collect only (No deposit needed) at some time on November 5th (It will be posted in the News when this happens) and will remain open until all pumpkins are collected.

As the fated day at the end of the month draws closer, the Giant Cauldron appears to be bubbling! The countdown on the side bar will let you know how long it will be until a custom pet is able to be claimed. Once the timer hits 0, the pet, along with its specific recipe, will be revealed - it is first come, first serve, so be quick! As always, you are limited to one claim, so be sure that the pet you are attempting to claim is the one you want!
