He has found a Lost Doll Phanto; since Spense created phantos, surely he can control them, too? Since Lost Doll Phantos hold the soul of someone close to Kaz... this phanto could lead Spense straight to Kaz's lab where they unleash the experiment he has most recently been working on.

I'm guessing he'll stumble upon Kaz, since it's night time in this scene. ;) I think Kaz is going to defeat Spense and take Earthslayer for himself. o3o

Exact replicas of Kaz and Shoe... except they're not Kaz and Shoe, lol :D They just talk, look and act exactly like them!
Its what he does with them is the /real/ question!

While flying around, he spots a drylis that has been chained down to the earth, thrashing futility against it's bindings. If he chooses to free the dragon with earthslayer, the Drylis will be forever in his debt and become his servant as a show of gratitude, whether he wishes to or not.
