Aywas is currently hiring a human avatar artist. This artist would produce a male and female human base, as well as hair styles and clothing/accessories for said bases. If you are interested in applying, please submit human art examples to [email protected]
We are paying approximately $50 per base and $10 per object/hairstyle/clothing (eg: $5 an item, on two bases).

This is a growing and CHANGING website. Just ignore the features you don't like or want. See previous comment about why we add new features. Not everything we'll just be able to "turn off". ---- Also unfortunately OMGCUTE "desudesudesu" whatever the hell you want to call it is the most popular. They won't be super chibi style, but they will be cartoony.

Personally, I don't mind. I'm not big on it, but you guys have already said we'll be able to disable this feature. For that, I thank you from whatever depths my soul can reach. xD I'm no coder/programmer, but I imagine that makes implementing it a bit more difficult? Thanks so much for going that extra mile. <3333333333

Anyway, gonna scoot now cuz I thanked you guys for implementing the 'disable' feature. Not gonna contribute any more to the "this sucks/ this is great" argument going on. P=

Just to throw this out there, it would be neat if the avatars matched the NPC style: big headed chibis. That way they look like they really belong in Ay as opposed to some "normal" looking base like every other site in the world has.

Ouh, it'll be turn-off'able? *o*; Awesome~ Okie, now I won't mind it so much. xD I only really dislike 'changes' like this if it's forced upon everyone when they might not want it to be. ...Like those pet personalities. .__. Now if only we had a "personality /removing/ potion" that reset it to the basic "| | | | |" thing under the names..that'd be so much nicer. xDD;
