Teos in the adoption center can drop either in their actual genus, or in a random genus to offset the enormous advantage that Goggle users have in finding them. They are still dropped in both ways, but there is no telling which way any particular egg or batch will be dropped.

I had the goggles activated and still haven't found a Teo since they've been released, so...yeah.

@76 they arent useless???? Teos will still be dropped in the Teo genus, it's just that NOT EVERY TEO will. The advantage is still there, just not with EVERY Teo. :|

Thanks! Goggles really gave an unfair advantage (and I say that as a person who has Goggles). This is better. ^_^

I think this is fair, personally (and I have the goggles, myself). The people who had goggles had a good period of time with that advantage and many of them have several teos because of it. Now it's just evened out a bit for everyone else. The goggles are still useful, just not AS much.
