Site Update

Since a lot of us are artists and this is an artist community, I want you guys to know about this.

About a week ago, Adobe suffered a massive hacking breach, where hackers gained access to over 150 million (estimated) usernames, emails, and passwords. Adobe is the company that puts out Photoshop, and a lot of us use it.

You should take the time to change all of your passwords on any site you might use if you have been an Adobe customer. LastPass has a free service that lets you check to see if your e-mail was on Adobe's servers, thus your information could have been compromised in the attack.

My email was on the list, so I needed to go change all my passwords. Please be sure you're safe and change all of yours too, because 150 million people compromised could include you and your friends.

...Adobe also does Shockwave - the flash attachment required by a majority of sites - is that compromised also?

I dunno, but it's better to be safe than sorry. Changing your passwords only takes a couple minutes and can save the headache of identity theft or anything else like that.
