See, that's why I like the alt lines better, though. if you go look at Kuitsuku's stuff, you'll see the new alt lines are a lot like her current style. Her current style is used on Aywas. These new pets we're getting--be it raw or shopkeeper lines, are her style, and they're SO drastically different from the other species, and to be frank, that's what we need! It keeps the pets looking fresh and new, and matches the site-artists style better. I just like the freshness of the alt lines better. The "new" lines seem forced to me. Too round and bubbly, like we wanted to redo the old melo, but without making it TOO different for users. I'll have been around 4 years this year. I can say this has to be a good shift in terms of site-lineart. Style needs to change, imo. This is a good start.

I've always thought the 'New' melo looks bizarrely blurry, so its a vote for ImaysAlt here.

I agree that if Imay's Melo were tweaked just a bit to have a fluffier tail, it would be my favourite of the two. Change can be a good thing.

Imay: Oooohhhhh. I was under the assumption you drew them. xD; That is odd, then; I wonder why those lines - to me, at least - seem a bit different than the others.
