This kitty needs your help.

If you haven't read Springdragon's thread yet, his roommate slammed his kitty's tail into a door. Long story short, this cat is going to die unless they can afford the $600 vet bill to get the cat surgery.

Aywas is going to try and fundraise as much money as we can to help save this cat's life. To do this we are selling 12 Quetzals colored in the cat's colors (called Bane Quetzals, respectively, as the cat's name is Bane) for $50 each.

12/12 Quetzals have been reserved so far.

Because these Quetzals are going to be customs, they will not be obtainable in any other way but helping save this cat's life.

There will only be a maximum of 12 of these on the site. Ever. If you want to reserve a Bane Quetzal and help the kitty get the surgery, message me regarding the $50 donation.

If you'd like to donate money directly to Springdragon to help with the cost of the surgery, contact him directly. Click here to message Springdragon directly.

For every direct donation you send to Springdragon, you will get the equivalent in GP and a special Bane kitty item if the donation is $5 or over. (you get this item if you reserve a quetzal too)

Okay, according to my records the Quetzals have sold out. But you're welcome to donate for the kitty item to Springdragon to cover the morphine costs or any other costs associated with the kitty getting better.

Awwww, Sera. How sweet. Good luck with the kittens. We have the two cat max for a military base. Our first came from a no kill shelter and our second was found by my husband's co-worker he was 3 months old and left starving in the country. We didn't mean to keep him but after racking up medical bills getting him better, we figured we should keep the cat we spent so much on. (and my daughter is in love with him)

Ah, that's terrible! I would cry if it happened to my kitty ;-;. We don't use paypal/any internet money in my family at ALL, so there isn't much I can do to help but to tell you my thoughts are with you.
Funny though, nothing bad has ever happened to my pets, worst thing was when my rabbit got older and stopped digesting feed, so he stopped eating and started sleeping all day and not moving. $100 vet bill to found out he had gas and we needed to feed him a diet of strictly hay xD

I won't name names, but I just checked with a friend of mine who isn't on Aywas or Wajas or anything else, but works with animals locally, and yes, Bane is real and yes, his tail is broken, and yes, he's at the hospital in question. (I can't name names because she's requested I not name her because of where she works.)

I don't know Springdragon from Adam, but I immediately asked my friend's brother to verify the truth of this, and it has been verified.

Aww I really hope Bane will be ok.I'll keep him in my prayers. And yes vets are expensive and it doesn't take much to rack up a huge bill.We had a siberian husky with demodex mange, the kind caused by an immuno-deficiency.We would have at least a 150.00 bill every outbreak. The only thing they did was do a skin scraping, look at it under a microscope and give her antibiotics.Luckily they were good about working with us on the bill.If the vet is more concerned about the animal's well being instead of money they'll work with you if you ask.
