New Feature



Yasu is almost finished with Adventure (the recoded Explore) and wants to know if there are any events, quests, or encounters you'd like to see in the feature to make it more enjoyable.

For example, encountering a monster is an event. Finding BP is an event. Finding a traveling merchant is an event. Do you have any other event ideas?

The current way to quest is by killing monsters. Do you have any other ideas for questing (to level up in explore)?



The results of the robot customs will come a couple of hours after this. :)

Boss monster with Admin distributed rarity only after you completed all 15 levels of explore?

Special pets that will appear only after you complete all 15 levels of the map and are not readily available?

This way, nobody will get sick of normal exploring xD"

I just though of something (sure someone has suggested something like it by now, but who knows ^^)
There could be an event where a black screen highlighting three different sections of the background shows up, as though highlighting pathways (or even changing the background pic) The text below would say something like "It looks like there are three diverging pathways. Which way would you like to go?"
Depending on what the user picks, there would be a pet, a monster, or a nifty item! It would be another way to get items when you've run out of treasure chest keys, but without making it too easy for the player X3

What about a summoning event? you happen around a magical area which allows you to summon a random Aywas god. Its a chance thing rather like the merchant. Depending on the god you summon determines what will happen. When you summon a nice one something really good can happen (receive an item, bp), something really bad (like if you happened to summon Kaz) or something non sensible thats either does effects nothing or has a neutral outcome.

One more idea.... Maybe make it so lair partners can both explore at the same time? Right now people who share lairs and are on at the same time kinda miss out one 1 persons explore loot (which is why I don't have a lair partner)

I love the idea of finding items laying on the ground like BP, and having harder monsters. My explore pet is somewhere around level 550 and he just thrashes everything in the rainforest.. It'd be fun to have a really challenging monster pop up every once in a while. Or maybe a boss monster at the end of each level, before you can go on to the next? :] I also like BeesKnees idea with the summoning, I think that'd be fun.

I like the random item idea, as well as the item questing (to gain levels) idea. I would also like to see an item or a rare quest that would give you explore-only items (maybe fauna, clothing, collectibles, or foods). The lost pet following you home seems cool, but I'd also like to be able to say no.
However, I do not like the random zap idea that someone suggested. Some people have custom lines on their explore pets, or have explore pets on a site color that is special to them. It wouldn't be nice to see your custom or special pet to get zapped randomly. -Stars

Im sorry, but I hate the monsters. Though, Maybe we should get sent out by "A wise old Quetzal" or something to go ind him a certain item for something he needs to make for X reason? Like "Please find me x amount of _____. Can be found in _____ explore area!"? And I guess we'd fight monsters for the item? Certain rarity of monster dont drop a quest item. Maybe a 40/60 chance?

Okay somehow my computer sent that and I wasn't done yet.

I think it would be nifty to have a item part to questing, but on top of say getting x amount of whatever item, maybe for the last level, you could tie in a legendary item, that has a story that goes with the area. You'd have to find all the parts to make the item, have them forged together, then use it magically to allow you to get past to the next area.

I also thing a merchant trade might be cool, you encounter one, and instead of them offering something, you could offer them something. Maybe have it where if it's an R40 you'd get a different R40 but a 10% chance of something else(either lower or higher).

This is also really random, but you could have Rutting seasons for the various wild pets, so when you have an active pet that is the same species as one that is in rut, you could get a specific random egg that is for that genus. Or rather then do seasons and have the market flood at certain times, you could make like a rutting spray, sort of like the Aynip, that has so many uses. I still like the randomality of the first option, but I realize tthe market would get clogged at those times. Maybe each day it could change to a different genus, rather then set series of times. Could do it area wise too.
