You'll be using them to buy special finned pets in the Seasonal Shop. I'd suggest seeking them in the West River and the East River in the usual fashions... just makes sense, ya know?

Haha, I've gotten the jackpot TWICE in throwing bones today trying to get a dried up sea critter xD
Only one so far from the merchants in West River :x

@Everyone having trouble finding merchants: They do seem to be hiding, but just double-check that you don't have a money lighter equipped...it's silly, but if you equip a pet and then forget about it....it may be worth checking ~_^

Definitely not my problem. All my explorer has is the discount card and the item seer. They are just not showing up as often today as they do every other day and like I said before the lag is so not helping.

Lag = agony **nods** I try to play Bones during lag time, because a gentle tap will usually get it go go very very fast in comparison with the other pets. I did just have a spree of 5 Merchants in the East River area, and one of them gave ,e a Sand Dollar so maybe they're coming back to the area? lol If only there was an "Open Wallet Full Of Cash" item to use to lure the merchants! XD**wants more Sand Dollars**

I've been trying but no Sand Dollars yet (East River, too low level for West River); I'm only a few days old, but as the first "event" I've seen on this site, I gotta say it's pretty disappointing to not be getting these more often. Still, I guess it's to keep the finned pets rare? Ah well, will keep trying. XD

Just one Sand Dollar from West River merchants :/ They seem fairly scarce... and out of Sand Dollars, by the look of it. :c

It would be nicer if they were just a little bit more common. Endless searching and all I've got is one so far, and what the heck any other day and I'm seeing those merchants ALL of the time, but it's like they've all taken a vacation. The lag is annoying me more then the rarity though. 199 and the site starts to slow 295 and up and OMG I want to bang my head against the wall it's so slow.
