You'll be using them to buy special finned pets in the Seasonal Shop. I'd suggest seeking them in the West River and the East River in the usual fashions... just makes sense, ya know?

I'm certain this will all be worth it in the end, but this is very frustrating. Why? Because I grew up by the ocean. Give me a bucket of bleachwater and an hour at low tide and I COULD BRING YOU HUNDREDS. Here? Hours of searching for nothing. But I shan't surrender! XD
