You'll be using them to buy special finned pets in the Seasonal Shop. I'd suggest seeking them in the West River and the East River in the usual fashions... just makes sense, ya know?

Clicks between merchants 3, 6, 42, 17, 16, 26, 56, 38.
Didn't keep track of the hour or so of exploring I did beforehand. No sand dollars for me at all. :

Anyone find any in west river yet, or just east river? I've seen 2 or 3 merchants and maybe 5 r10 monsters and nothing yet...
AND yes we need a merchant attracting item, but I think they should code the rest of the books and the flutes first (and maybe some uncoded stuff from back in v2 as well) I think they should be catching up on that instead of adding so much new stuff (as much as I like the new stuff lol)

*sigh* 5 merchants and not a single sanddollar.
Why is aywas so INCREDIBLY hard for those who are new? And why is it so UNBELIEVEABLE difficult to raise exploration levels? *sob* I am willing to work hard and collect BP but this is ridiculous!

I haven't EVEN seen a merchant so far. Not one. It's not 'incredibly' ridiculous only for the newbies. Also, you can ask for someone to catch you an high level pet from the rainforest or something. :P S'what I did.

I've got an IIS equipped and have not seen a single one in an hour.
Bwahaha! I like the idea of a dollar on string to attract merchant. Maybe make it a breakable explore item, like the Net.
