I am scared of spiders so when ever I see one I don't check to see what type it is I just try to get away from it.

I did some research, and it's actually a Writing Spider. Good news: They're not aggressive or poisonous. :D

The Garden Spider (Argiope Aurantia)
A female to be precise :D
*Can* bite, but not usually harmful to humans (unless you're allergic, of course).
We cant see the web in the pic, but it should have a thick silken web running down the middle of the actual web itself (this is so larger animals can see it and avoid it).
Apart from the commonly known and scientific names that spiders have, I tend to call them all the same thing - Nemesis...XD
