:D I have about 15 of those on my patio! Well, had 15, before one wandered onto another's web and got eaten. x) They're fun little critters to watch, especially when they start bouncing on their web to get it to move to attract bugs/scare off rivals.

Black and Yellow Argiope spider seems to be a close match. Same colours, same markings, right size, but the body on yours seems a bit fatter xD Might possibly be a St Andrews Cross spider, but i think the legs are too shot and the body too squat, despite similiar markings and colours.
