The Antiquity Staves have now been removed from the GP shop! They may make another appearance later on in the year, otherwise they will be back next year!
Some of you have noticed the Upgrade Talisman has been removed from the BP Shop recently, this was supposed to have been mentioned in a previous news post however it has been brought to my attention that this was unfortunately forgot. It was removed due to a lack of GP premium sales, so it was unfortunately no longer maintainable to keep the item in the BP shop. It may return once we are able to restabilize the economy, however there is no plans in the near future.
If you have ideas to spark the GP/BP community, leave a suggestion in the comments below, however please keep in mind the ToS and do not partake in arguments or get hostile with eachother or the site.
Also please make sue you check down a few news posts, there was an update for the Pet Submissions for an upcoming event!

While we're talking about premium, it's something I think I have had almost from the beginning, I dunno if it's really helped when buying things but I like having premium. One of the perks is to have a black name, however, the only place mine is black is on the forum. It's not something that would stop me from being premium, of course, but being as that was one of the reasons I got premium at first (not a fan of red/maroon/whatever color my name is XD) it would be nice if it worked. ^^ Anyway, past my bedtime. I'll try to think up some ideas that haven't already been said and come back tomorrow. As a note tho, I quite like several of the ideas already suggested. ^^ More items, ones that rotate, working items... etc etc.

Rather sad about the Upgrade Talisman being removed, as my job situation irl is in a sad place, so I was going to save the BP up for it, then buy the upgrades with GP once things got better. Oh well, live and learn I guess.
Things coming out on time is very important, I know on other pets site I've played, things fell behind and users were upset with the lack of consistency and losing out on upgrade items because the item came out after their upgrade time ran out, which can be frustrating.

Honestly, I was shocked when the FU pendant was released, I think a lot of the sales died right there on the spot. That being said, you still have users trickling in and a host of users who cannot get there hands on the pendant.
I am going to be straight with you, most of your user base that would buy premium with GP are either the few that just missed EVERY day the FU pendant was around, or more importantly, we are broke. I occasionally spend a itty bitty amount of money on aywas and I usually end up regretting that by the end of the month. My mom plays and won't spend a dime on an online game usually.
With that said, why doesn't aywas offer alternative currency options. Some of the games I play do this directly through a link to videos or offers, and others take the amazon route and offer gift options where the account is linked. (i do remember our troubles with amazon.) And of course there is always the prepaid game cards. I think Aywas needs to consider the less wealthy of its users.
Oh, and while I am here: Please please pretty pretty please with sugar on top, do not make parts of the site "premium only" a few of the games I played did this and my respect for the games plummeted. It was the feeling of not being important if I didn't give them something.
Also, I think it could be a better idea to put a 1 month talisman in at the same price when it/if it goes back in. It was a little on the cheap side with the Gp->Bp exchange rates. I think a bp only item should have serious price drawbacks.

I truthfully didn't know about the upgrade tailsman. I just did a one year for gp back in September. Seemed more better to me.
I also only use premium for the shop discounts, unlimited trash dump (I dump everything I can ha!), and rarely do some of the other perks. I tend to forget to mine and most the time the monthly item does not appeal to me. I don't breed, maybe sometime. So monthly stuff just gathers dust in vault.
To maybe help, could think about splitting up the perks? Kind of like the upgrades to the accounts? Not completely sure just throwing ideas out there.

I agree with so much of what those before me have said, but if I had any more specific ideas to offer...
-Maybe a glittering item that's cheaper and cycles between the BP and GP shops (maybe Premium too?) that also works on chance? Like, maybe it's got a small percentage of working? 'Cause I know there are a lot of users like me that are trying to catch up that would buy that. Repeatedly, too. lol
-As someone pointed out, not everyone does a lot of breeding, so maybe have options for premium items! You can keep the breeding items as an option, but maybe also have a custom crystal or a potion as options.
-Not to be pushy, but maybe try to catch up on older stuff that has yet to be implemented (like the Enchanted Net) before taking on more big projects! I, for one, was looking forward to the Enchanted Net, but I don't even know what it was ever supposed to do, and it feels like it's been forgotten so I never will. I feel like you guys take on too much at a time and when things get left behind, people get antsy, so no one wants to invest in something that looks like it's going downhill. (Which I would hate to see! I'm not active in the community, nor are my lairmates, but I love it here and I would hate for it to crash because the userbase lost faith.)

The only idea I have is to maybe make certain USD items temporarily available for GP/BP BUT make them prone to failure. That would not only help users that cannot buy USD items to have access to them too but but would prevent it from overly devaluing those items so there's definitely still a large benefit to spending your USD on them. For example you make an item that has a 10% chance of successfully creating a PMBC baby at 2 million BP. that's 20 million BP out of the economy for every instance that actually works. Much more effective BP sink... than the BP sink. People can get USD items from users but often you have to wait until they have cash which is both inconvenient and discouraging to players that can buy things with USD. By making these have a fail rate that's quite high it would definitely still entice people to actually buy the USD version if they have the means. Personally I hate failure with items (one reason I haven't used a radioactive breeding coin yet) so if I had the option between that and spending my money I would definitely spend my money especially since I'm not particularly fast at earning BPs in the first place.
Also I think the BP sink would be more effective if it had tiers, right now the only item you can get basically gives you a metal custom pet for 3 million BP. When you compare it to other metal tier custom items is just falls flat when there's nothing bigger to it. Now if you donate to a bigger tier where say you could edit those linearts 30, 50 and 75% and all that I think most people would be excited for the feature. I mean I would use it but I have to ask myself do I want to spend that kinda level of currency on such a limited item because the answer a lot muddier than you think.
