Site Update
We have updated our Terms of Service to reflect the fact that Aywas now uses AdSense to serve advertisements (section: Privacy Policy). At the moment we have one ad, which will show at the bottom of the page, but one will be added to the left side as well.
Following the recent PBC discussion, we came to a conclusion: the users understandably do not want to pay more for breeding coins, but the artists want to be paid more. As a result, we came up with a way to pay artists more without raising the price of coins--serving advertisements that help bridge that financial gap. You can read more about this discussion here.
Aywas is committed to blacklisting ads that are offensive or behave in ways that aggravate or diminish the player's experience. To report an advertisement, go to this thread in the Help forums and we will investigate the situation and block the ad if needed.
By starting our ad serving now, we'll have a half month to see how much revenue we can expect from this, and can better inform our artists what to expect in terms of ad-paid bonuses monthly.

I love your care for site artists <3 and the fact that the first ad wasn't posted smack dab in the top middle is very appreciated too

Well... I like the fact aywas was the only site that had no ads on it... But I can understand why it was needed ^^ hope this help our artist, coders and general staff <3
ps: I use aywas via mobile, so no AdBlock to be set XD

This is really amusing because while I can't see the ad on my phone, once I get on a computer, I see the ad. And not just any ad. I actually see local ads. xD

I'm not up for being tracked as intimately as this ad system seems to be doing.
This will make me consider tipping my artists more in the future, but I prefer my privacy where I can keep it.

Like some other people, this is the only site I've disabled my Ad-blocker for.
One of the ads I'm getting is for a site I'd debated buying something from, and the other is about "Mobile App Retargeting" and I'm not really sure what that it xD;

Aywas is the only site I disabled my adblock for :3
I am very excited for to see which changes the pay raise will bring ^.^ And the ads are very subtle, that's nice too! Thanks for caring so much for your users & artists/coders alike <3
