Site Update
We have updated our Terms of Service to reflect the fact that Aywas now uses AdSense to serve advertisements (section: Privacy Policy). At the moment we have one ad, which will show at the bottom of the page, but one will be added to the left side as well.
Following the recent PBC discussion, we came to a conclusion: the users understandably do not want to pay more for breeding coins, but the artists want to be paid more. As a result, we came up with a way to pay artists more without raising the price of coins--serving advertisements that help bridge that financial gap. You can read more about this discussion here.
Aywas is committed to blacklisting ads that are offensive or behave in ways that aggravate or diminish the player's experience. To report an advertisement, go to this thread in the Help forums and we will investigate the situation and block the ad if needed.
By starting our ad serving now, we'll have a half month to see how much revenue we can expect from this, and can better inform our artists what to expect in terms of ad-paid bonuses monthly.

LOL Yessss, thats right google, I need loans just after declaring bankruptcy, that makes sense. XD
Two ads for personal loans, hilarious.
And to those worried about viruses, it depends on where the ads come from. Sites that have a "paid space" bought by individual entities are much more in danger than the ads through a service like aywas has chosen.

Ebay adds, and cupcake adds. Not fair. NOW I need cupcakes. and good idea I think. The adds are not really obtrusive at all.

Lyra & MIA (#37548) I use Norton, which works absolutely beautifully. When I got the Trojan on my other laptop, I was using Avast. After that, I got rid of Avast and quickly got Norton, which had been trying to clean up the remainder of the mess the Trojan left until the laptop ultimately went south. When I got this laptop, I had my Norton subscription installed immediately before I did anything else [it automatically came with a one month trial of Norton, just had to change the product code] - Danielle

I'm having trouble getting ad block to enable adds on aywas (I have it checked but they won't show up) without disabling it for every single website I go on. :(

I was so worried that the ad was going to be placed in a spot that bothered me but it's in a spot that I'm actually okay with. :) so I'm surprisingly happy. :)
