One of our fellow Aywas members works at an animal shelter that's in the running to win some money for their cause!
It's called the Husky House, and it needs your votes to win. You can vote every day until Dec 22. I sure plan to!
We love shelters here at Aywas, so if you have a spare moment to vote, your effort could translate into a better life for some wonderful huskies :)

Voted for those lovely babies and the wonderful people who take care of them! Huskies and Malamutes seem to be popular for puppy mills. The Human Society where where I live rescued so many from a mill. I went to the Humane Society to see if I could see them... and maybe fall in love, but they were in quarantine. But I could hear them howling miserably. It broke my heart. How people can be so abusive to creatures that give unconditional love is beyond me, I have 8 pets who have their forever home... And I love them so much!
