The Apple Festival is in season!
The Phoenix Tree is dropping Flaming Apples for the month of September.
Flaming Apples are quite useful in their own right as they yield BP and a chance at a custom making item. However, if you're feeling competitive, you can turn in your Flaming Apples at the Apple Festival.
At the end of September, the top ten winners of the Apple Festival will get a Bottled Starlight and a PSD use of an apple-themed Lunaris made by Soul. The top player who has donated the most apples to the festival will also receive an apple-themed Xaoc designed by Soul.
Please note that the Apple Festival is officially replacing the double BP event as it produces a lot of BP.

Hey! Guys! Here's an amazing and wonderful suggestion. If you don't like it - don't like the fact that NOW you have a chance of getting amazing items [if they are still there. I got an essence of August 2o11, so it's VERY possible that they are] like a lesser breeding coin, or custom crystals - then ask for a refund.
...... wait a moment. Did any of you actually pay for this event? Wait... no... no you didn't. Did any of you pay for the Double BP event? No.... no you didn't.
I personally think this is an acceptable replacement, considering the 5oK User field generated a Ridiculous amount of BP. Seriously. It was insane. The average person ended up with a few mill. Yes. This is acceptable, I thought that THAT was the replacement.
So... thank you! I missed the apples last year =(
Oh, one last thing. I'll take this over having too much BP in the system and having the BP prices raised higher. I think they are insane as is for some things.

There were NO apples last year.
Also I got 25K from my 1 apple.... That's a stack in Mountains.

Okay now I'm not confused but wish I had known the apple could be "opened". I thought you had to turn them in for them to open for their prizes. I turn two in I could have submitted one and opened the other one. :(

Saar, I make more than 25k on one stack int he arctic. I just don't see how this is an acceptable or equal replacement. WHen you can only collect one apple a day.

I'm happy for the apples, with school starting and two jobs it will be nice to just have something more leisurely. Plus an awesome chance to get some neat items :3
