Vyne Redraw

Pets

Hey, what's up?

I'm excited to announce that our original pet artist redrew our Vyne!! Now it matches the other pets ... wooooo! :)

Obviously, this is going to require some recolors. We have set up a thread where you can submit recolors of the vynes on the new lineart. If your recolor is high quality and accepted by BJ, you'll not only receive a copy of the vyne but 2 GP to go along with it.

Also, the vyne at the top is the Gold Tipped Lotus Vyne. Ten of these will be released on the site - post your favorite thing about the new vyne to try for one of these Gold Tipped Lotuses!

My favourite thing about the new vyne is that it isn't the old one.
It's got oomph and personality now. Huzzah!

I'd say my favorite part of the new Vyne is the pose. It has a certain wild and mischievous quality to it. I think I might just start collecting more Vynes thanks to the new art ^^

I love the style! It makes it look cuter and more realistic in 2D way, like it could actually breathe! The detail is breathtaking.

The pose of the new Vyne is very dynamic. You can see the personality of the species, with a little mischief in its eyes, in the redraw. The flowers are a lot clearer, showing the plant-like qualities of the species. The redraw makes it much easier to visualize this creature hiding in the bushes stalking its prey (assuming you have a carnivorous one on your hands!) and the overall design makes it look more biologically sound.

Oh wow, very cute. I love the expression. Watch out, looks like it's going to play a trick on someone. Lol.

My favorite thing would have to be the attention to detail. The delicate little flower petals, giving the impression of being full and soft, and the overlapping, tasteful teeth. I love the smooth curve of the lines, the delicate tuft of its tail. I adore the mischievous little smirk, how it seems sweet and genuine and playful, reflected in those nice big eyes. And those hands...! The little claws, and the splayed fingers. Perfect for a plant-dragon-sorta-thingamabob-of-awesome.It looks like it'd spend hours just dozing in the sun. It's so cute and playful looking. Absolutely superb!
