Hi folks,
How many of you are fluent in English and another language (or more)? I'm thinking of having the main Aywas site available in multiple languages to make it easier for international people to play the game, even if the forums are in English.
I might be able to offer you a job if you want to translate the site into your language ;)
BTW, for book giveaway winners, start watching your wishlist -- if an item vanishes form it, it means I bought it for you! Going to be working on that shortly.
EDIT- and amazon is erroring. Guess I'll try it tomorrow and see if it works.

It is actually pretty well know I speak 7 different languages fluently, ive translated for some members here in the past. Working on the 8th Portuguese right now. Not interested in a Job though, im a rotten employee and have no respect for authority figures. Id fire myself if I could but I like eating..

Awesome! I have been trying to use Chinese characters for names but they just won't go in and soon, hopefully soon this will be possible

I am relatively fluent in Japanese, so I'd be up for helping with that since this is such an awesome idea. :D Plus, anything I am uncertain on, I could always ask my teacher about.

Wouldn't you then have to hire a moderator/administrator group to service any issues that arise for foreign players who experience issues and need help only in their native language? What if they come to the help/ask admin forums and post... People speak English here, I can see their questions and inquiries going unanswered for prolonged periods. Don't think this is a good idea or efficient use of resources, personally...

English and German here. :D
Grew up in grandparents that only spoke German, and continued to learn it as my second language in school(might have been cheating by having learned it my whole life, but whatever).
If you want a German translation, I will be happy to help :D
