Earthquake!

Site Update

There was an earthquake!

Where is it? In real life - and it affected Japan and the neighboring areas. Donate $25.00 or more to any charity of your choice to help Japan and those who were affected, then send the receipt to me via email along with your aywas ID - [email protected] - and you will receive a Fossil Egg.

Here's a few possible places you can donate.

Even if you can't donate the full amount, please try to donate something - if you donate $10 or more, you are eligible for an onsite (virtual item) Kaz Plush. Whatever you do have the ability to donate will help a lot of people, no matter the amount!

I donated $10 to the Red Cross with my phone and I forwarded their "Thank you...$10 has been billed..." message to the email in the message. However, I got a text that said that the message failed to go through. I tried it with my own email and it gave me the same text but I still got the email. I'm hoping it was sent properly to you.

I might end up donating very soon for this cause. My friend is in Japan right now and I can't figure out if he is dead or alive. The waiting sucks.. a lot.

I don't need the egg though. As I don't have the receipt. ^^;;

But I've heard it came to Japan then Hawaii, and soon California.

It's nice that you want to support Japan, I know I will help through another site but.. you didn't offer help or talk about the big one we had here in Christchurch. I don't think your site will have me playing on it much longer.

The earthquake in Japan was 8000 times more powerful than the one in Christchurch, according to the news. Put this in perspective. We can't help everything, but with major disasters, we try to do something. If you're going to leave over that, then good luck wherever you go.

I live in Christchurch, I'm not saying Japan wasn't bad.. it really really was.. I'm just saying a mention would've been nice.. 6 months of aftershocks and counting has us all stressed out and on edge, I'm sorry if I was a little harsh. All I wished for was acknowledgment since our first in Sept was as big as Haiti's one.. never mind, it's in the past for most people.
