Instead of explore pets, I have some different pets for you to contemplate...
Back in June we ran a contest where people could submit colorations on alternate hybrid linearts. The idea for the pets was dropped but the images are still so pretty D=
And a Vion, because... pretty images never being used! D=
So I figured out a different way to release them!
How do you get them, you might ask? Well... there are a bunch of items you seem to hate...
Annoying Item Bazaar
Trade in those annoying items!
Now that there are more than just the Cheetah Quetzal released, here's how the alt hybrids will work. There will be others released in time, so...
You can breed them to anything with a Breeding Coin (same as any pet), but if you want to use a same-species coin on them, you can only breed them to an alt hybrid of their same species (so the lineart has to match). You can't make customs of them at this time.

EDIT: Tweaked the prices in the shop based on the amount that exist on the site =D

Oh such gorgeous new hybrids! I really hope they'll be around for a while, so I can save up to purchase a couple (it's funny, so many of these items used as currency are the same items I've been dumping in the trash everyday). I need to save them up again. ^^ Oh the irony...

-3- It's just getting a vion is frustrating. I tried via the awesome potion and found out it didn't work, couldn't get the pumpkins for the shop one, the HaLBC breedings for vions are getting refunded, and now I can't even get the aloe gels I traded for to save up for one in the first place.

So, yeah, I'm complaining. If you don't like seeing me complain, don't read my post. And I'm not going to play bones because I need to pay an artist and don't want to spend the cash they're making for a commission.

@Shae: Have some more research. 100 bones thrown (1000 BP spent) earned me: 9 items, 7 deaths, and 100 EXP for my pet twice. 0 of those items are usable in the new shop. :]

Yes, but think of it this way when you do get those items that are worth trading in it only cost you 10 BP. Plus there's always the chance to win 25k which means you win back all that you spent and some times more. I played bones for like three hours once and won quite a few times.
@Aerora: Your research doesn't mean anything - not to be rude but I just played 1k at bones and received 7 aloe gels, 3 bat wings, I think maybe 1 beast fang onion, a few other items that aren't useful here yet and died a few times.
Everyone has the right to complain about this. I just don't think it's fair to the new idea. It's not impossible to collect all these items with out having to buy them from usershops. You just have to take the time to do it and if you don't want to take the time then that's your own fault.

Oh! No, I wasn't implying that bones is a waste of time. o: I tried another 100 as well, and got one usable item - scuba gear.
(Also, not wanting to take the time is less of an issue than not HAVING that time to spend.)

Can someone fix the aloe gel? :/ I traded to get a lot of them because I need to finally get a damned vion, but they're broken and won't send.
