After a long day and night of debating minuscule changes (but hey, it made it look better), we finally came to a decision regarding the melo. It's going into a revamp, and we've fixed things as much as we could to make as many people happy as possible while still retaining sensibility to our style.
Submit new Melo Colorations!
If you are unhappy with the melo's new lines, you should be pleased to know that we are coming out with another set of crystals that will let you submit old lineart pets directly without having to make them as new lineart pets first.
Thanks for sharing all your opinions, comments, and fixes, and we hope you can enjoy the new melo. We will let you know when the revamp is complete (when all site colors have been revamped). Until then, feel free to submit old lineart melos as you desire.
There's an Ay feline pet coming soon too... look forward to it!

The muzzle still looks wrong I think.... I really like the original one better.
I think I could like a redraw, but maybe of another redraw was done from scratch?

The nose/muzzle looks wrong. It doesn't fit the face, i'm sorry.

I think if the nose was just moved down so it doesn't look like it's floating over the muzzle, it'd be better. I don't think it's the size looking at it next to the current melo. The current melo has the nose moved off the line, and it doesn't look as big as it would if it was placed where this one is. I've seen the thread and nose suggestions, so here's another XD ~Kirema

With the nose fixed, the only thing I have against it is the ears. They just seem a bit too inconclusive. The fur is all in random directions, and it looks awkward.

Small nose looks odd to me, it makes the upper lip look large and sort of puglike.

It also upsets me because I JUST updated my Melo today, now there's a NEW lineart? Did I just waste my Dawn Custom Crystal on a lineart that might not be used?

ACTUALLY there is one thing that has always bothered me about the redraw... It looks like it's sliding backwards ONLY because of the angle the back toes are at. :T
