Custom Submission Error - Update

It's been brought to our attention that the customs submission feature is currently experiencing an error. At this time, please do not submit any customs to the custom queue! Unfortunately the confirmation page for the custom feature will not work properly, and instead will eat your custom-maker and not place your custom in the queue!

The coder has been notified and this news post will be updated when the submission page is fixed! Thank you for your patience! We hope this is resolved shortly!




EDIT: This issue has now been resolved, please feel free to submit your customs again! If you have lost an item due to this bug, please be patient! Impacted custom-makers will be returned to you soon! :)



EDIT #2: The items lost to the bug have been refunded back to those who were impacted. Please note you will not see a notification for this, but the items will appear back in your inventory! Thank you for your patience!

I submitted my monthly custom a few days ago so I hope it'll be ok and the expiration date won't count.

Dragonfyre (#33499) If your custom is already in the queue, you're fine. I've been submitting customs throughout the week and it seems to have only been bugging out since roughly this morning. The bug is with the actual submission coding, so customs already in the queue are not effected :)

The Outsider (#39180) custom fauna are uploaded with custom item packages, and should not be affected by custom pet upload issues. But uploaded items are not checked every day and it might take up to around a week before the queue is reviewed :)
