Custom Submission Error - Update

It's been brought to our attention that the customs submission feature is currently experiencing an error. At this time, please do not submit any customs to the custom queue! Unfortunately the confirmation page for the custom feature will not work properly, and instead will eat your custom-maker and not place your custom in the queue!

The coder has been notified and this news post will be updated when the submission page is fixed! Thank you for your patience! We hope this is resolved shortly!




EDIT: This issue has now been resolved, please feel free to submit your customs again! If you have lost an item due to this bug, please be patient! Impacted custom-makers will be returned to you soon! :)



EDIT #2: The items lost to the bug have been refunded back to those who were impacted. Please note you will not see a notification for this, but the items will appear back in your inventory! Thank you for your patience!

Hiiro (#755) Who do I contact regarding customs? Because I've had a Chugon in there for a while now and I want to make sure it isn't lost or anything XD

Eve #2775 handles customs, but nothing in the queue was lost. As stated in the news, this bug only affected attempts to put new submissions to the custom queue. Everything in the queue is safe :)
