Good Afternoon everyone! Popping in with a few small updates! First I am announcing the winner of the first Decorate an Aymas Tree contest!

Congratulations to all winners! How did you all like the way voting was handled? We know there was a crazy amount of Aymas trees (well over 400!) but is this something you would like to see for the HA contest?
Next matter of business, remember the Edit a Soluss contest from several months ago? Well the original "Raffle Ticket" for it was going to be the fauna Smoluss, unfortunately I had uploaded those with the Halloween items and now there is actually several hundred on site! So we have created a new ticket, the Soluss ticket, all of our entrants will receive 1 raffle ticket + 1 smoluss depending on how highly edited their design was. This weekend we will host a small handful of raffles so the contest participants can actually choose which raffles they participate in, rather than keeping everything secretive!
Also remember the Seasonal Shop closes tonight! So make sure you spend your Candy Canes and Snowflakes!
I have had a few people ask me if we will be doing raffles for extra snowballs, at this moment I don't have an answer for that as we still have to wrap up the Gingerbread Event and Bingo as well, so perhaps afterwords.

..gingerbread shop...? bah. i have like -5 gingerbread points. that's how much i forgot about/ was too lazy/busy for the chaos cooking/ gingerbread making thing. xD;

I agree with caveSalamander's post "I would much prefer the tree voting system for the HA Contest because it's just a popularity contest now, and most people probably don't even bother looking past the first page of it..."

also congrats winners! (I'm surprised there was no ties xD).
And i'd like to see this for the HA contest. because as someone said, it's basically a popularity contest at this time which is kinda eh...uh well meh not to be kinda redundant. Plus, i doubt there will be 400+ entrants per week... unless you plan on making there be awards for voting. which then i wouldn't argue again though having a weekly thing with awards seems a bit excessive unless it is like you have to vote yay or nay for all to get the 1 voting prize and not have like every 50 votes thing...
i'm honestly just more interested in the anonymity. not that it effects me too much as i doubt i'll ever curb my laziness to join the contest unless there is my ulterior motive like an event thing like the bingo. but i do like that i wouldn't be persuaded (internally) to vote yes or no depending on whom the entrant is... though i'd really hope i wouldn't be shallow enough to do something like vote dislike because of the user rather than the HA design >_>
This could actually also pick up custom HA items sales as well as maybe increase whom is designing HA stuff... because it might inspire more people to join the contest and yadda yadda if they are reminded due to voting because of the potential award for voting .. i honest forget the HA contest is thing and have only voted in it a literal handful of times (as in 5 times or less.. and i've been here a lot longer than 5 weeks, haha)

Grats winners! And I totally support it for the ha voting system if anon and no soliciting is implemented. (Best if no posting of images on any place at all as we were allowed to post our Aymas Tree and that's still "hinting" to others which tree is ours...) Hmm but then it would not really be anon if our active ha is same look... >_>

I liked voting in that way also....
Awww, I wish I had had the talent to do the soluss edit contest - I just looked at the designs and they're awesome!! :O :D

I'd prefer being able to see all the trees at once, and then just vote for all the trees I liked. Or HA, in this instance. Took forever to go through everything.
