Good Afternoon everyone! Popping in with a few small updates! First I am announcing the winner of the first Decorate an Aymas Tree contest!

Congratulations to all winners! How did you all like the way voting was handled? We know there was a crazy amount of Aymas trees (well over 400!) but is this something you would like to see for the HA contest?
Next matter of business, remember the Edit a Soluss contest from several months ago? Well the original "Raffle Ticket" for it was going to be the fauna Smoluss, unfortunately I had uploaded those with the Halloween items and now there is actually several hundred on site! So we have created a new ticket, the Soluss ticket, all of our entrants will receive 1 raffle ticket + 1 smoluss depending on how highly edited their design was. This weekend we will host a small handful of raffles so the contest participants can actually choose which raffles they participate in, rather than keeping everything secretive!
Also remember the Seasonal Shop closes tonight! So make sure you spend your Candy Canes and Snowflakes!
I have had a few people ask me if we will be doing raffles for extra snowballs, at this moment I don't have an answer for that as we still have to wrap up the Gingerbread Event and Bingo as well, so perhaps afterwords.

Yesss I LOVED how the tree voting went! And since there's usually not 400 HA contest entrants, it'd be a lot easier to get through 'em all ;3c And congrats to the winners! <3

I would love this type of voting to be done for the HA contest, especially the anonymity and no soliciting of votes. Also, I agree with Darsh & Zel (#43) and their suggestion.

bd84 (#2783) I am glad to help! I was surprised mine came in 3rd! It looks like simpler was better for the most part. I absolutely adored the ones that didn't have things everywhere and you could tell it was still a tree. And I love that my blue rose tree ended up being in 3rd :3 I thought it was pretty and that shows that others thought so too! :3 I am so absolutely over the moon happy right now ^^

I really liked the up/down vote setup as well as the anonymous bit. I've noticed the HA contest is something of a popularity contest and removing the names/numbers fro the contest itself would deal with that nicely.

I lie the christmas tree style voting a lot better than the current HA voting system! I lie being able to vote for multiple people! But I definitely wouldn't allow votes for all of them every day. just have every one vote ups or down on every one once. but maybe adding a neutral vote would be nice!

Congrats, winners!!! Enjoy your prizes!!! You all deserved it with your hard work!
As for the HA contest - I'd definitely concur. Anonymous and no solicticting, as well, would be very appreciated.
I'd like to enter the HA contest knowing that my HA itself would be considered - NOT who I am, whether people hate me or love me (gee... I sure do hope people love me, lol). But you get what I mean. I kinda feel like the HA is ... either you're in the cool crowd or you're in the dorky crowd.

I wonder how many votes up and down the rest of us got? Will we never know if our trees were liked or not? Just curious where my tree ranked.
