Since it's taking forever and a day to get through the common holiday customs (Candy Cane and Orange), it's been decided that we're going to do them the old fashioned way - comparison and estimation - to empty the queues.
This means that any custom obtained from those queues from this post onward cannot be used as personal proof for further submission of those lines to normal queues.
We're hoping this will help buck the queues up a little and release several hundred customs back to people.

I'm sorry, I'm not un-retiring the items for resubmissions. This is why I really try to hammer home the getting of crystal checks, making them available to buyers, and the importance of posting them in submissions ;; These are being eyeballed - if it's borderline it's just as easy to be rejected as accepted, and I do apologise for those who feel slighted but I didn't expect the 4 queues to explode how they did and getting them out of the way was the best way to move forward to stop it hindering the other queue times.

Welp, my one that I started to write the form out before rollover but couldn't finish the form (writing out the theme and stuff) in time before rollover got rejected because the item had retired (I was like 1 or 2 minutes late). kinda pissed. but then again, it was an orb one and thankfully blue orbs aren't that expensive at all and maybe later down the road I can actually get more for the retired item. though I feel a lot of these will be existing lol. one can hope.

Wasn't the deadline the 24th? I know I submitted mine as soon as I got the mdt back, on the 24th. Just curious. No worries if it was a goof on my end. Just could have sworn I made it on time.

I am done with customs. I am so sick and tired of buying "Blue" designs and then paying usd to get them colored only to be rejected time and time again.

I had a rejection too and I can’t figure out why. The only reason I can think of on my own is that I have a slightly slower clock then what is on the Queue’s clocks. It make me very sad and upset as I worked very hard on that one to get it in under the wire. There is one other idea I thought of and that is midnight’s meaning confusion.
Say I say midnight November 24th. Do I mean one minute after 11:59pm on the 23 or do I mean one minute after 11:59 pm on the 24th?

I am unsure if there was a miscommunication somewhere. but a newspost on like the 19th of sepetember? (or the 15th or something) says the deadline, which was originally the 19th I think, became the 24th of Sepetember. By all means this -should- mean that something submitted on the 24th of september should have been accepted. though there was no time stated anywhere, things usually end on 11:59 and suddenly to make it midnight and thus only kinda sorta end on that saturday (imo at least) would not make sense. of course, I could be wrong. that would be kinda bogus though. was the rejection reason you were given saying anything? I got a rejection notice saying the deadline had passed. I'm just wondering... because I'm sorta wondering if I did send my in last minute or if I sent it in definitely on time. because I don't remember if I submitted at rollover on friday or rollover on saturday... i quasi remember, now that i think about it, thinking I panicked about being late for no reason. but I have an overactive imagination + really bad memory so that could totally be a made up memory XD;

I'm teaching myself to crystal check. just for shiggles really (and due to occasional bouts of boredom with the strong desire to waste time pointlessly). though I'm truly a novice at the moment and need a psd where the edits are seperate from the base (or easy enough to distiguish from the base, as when it gets "blendy" i get confused lol). But if you have a psd like that and there is no official crystal check on it, in the case of a time sensitive thing, I'd be willing to give it a go for you. while crystal check may get going sooner or later, I'd most definitely take a shorter amount of time than crystal check is taking now. though yeah, i'm quasi cheating (i guess) by requiring a psd and it being an "easy" one... I also tend to be 1 or 2% off (idk what i'm doing wrong lol), but I figured I'd give you the offer anyways. in case of an emergency or whatever. as time sensitive things can be a butt. maybe by the time something time sensitive comes up I'll be able to do more complicated checks *shrug*

this one was rejected and I was nearly 100percent sure it was blue because line owner had one blue and one gold psd of same and this was blue one . So I pmed line owner to check , If it is confirmed blue , will you allow me to resubmit it ?
