Uploading custom pets should be functional now. We're working on getting the other upload files to work next, such as offspring and PSD files. Thanks for you patience <33

First off, I'd like to apologize that this took so long. The initial software update was completed around noon today, but upon testing the site out we realized there was about three hours of information lost from the database. The backup process started sooner than we plan and the final synchronization did not sync the new information before starting the upgrades. We tried restoring the database from the old disk drive, but that resulted in corrupted information. So instead, we decided to just take the three hours of lost information to the unknown lost information from the corruption. Almost nine hours later, here we are.
The software update was important for Aywas because it not only closed potential vulnerabilities, it will allow us to look to the future of what we can now do for the site with our new software!
We're going to look into what we can do to try and recover the information from that three hour period (10pm - 1am), but in the mean time we decided to just enable the site again in the mean time. You may encounter some errors with the site (many of them being deprecated errors). Just report them to us and I'll work on getting them resolved as soon as I can. In the mean time I am going to try and get the staff together so we can begin discussing where we are going to go from here.

Lost about 100K BP that I'd made in that time... I have a window from last night right before Midnight Ay-time open, and could screenshot that compared to my total now if that'd help...?

Alrighties. The /pbc page is just white now but I can get the related pages to load without issue. And claiming the daily foods had the site freak out for a moment with this error.

Glad to see that the site is back up!
For my part, I can't access my pet shop (although item shop is visible). The last few sales I made have disappeared from my notices, but I cannot check to see whether the pets returned to my shop or not. My available BP went back to what it was before those sales. I also lost my captures and loot from the Canyon, which were acquired just before the site went down.
My deposit of 500,000BP in the Bank has vanished ^^'
Lastly, I'm getting this error when trying to open the "Manage Pet Status" page in Adventure:
An error occured with a database query

There was a whole plethora of custom pets for auction last night, and I had highest bid on two of them when the site went down. I can't recall if my current BP is what it was before or after I bid-- and I wasn't part of the bids before about 12:50am, so IDK if I was kept on record as bidding. Does anyone know if those bids properly culminated? (it's cool if I didn't wind up winning the pets, I just want to make sure they didn't end up in a void somewhere).

I'm having trouble accessing the Phoenix tree.
When I go to the Help and Glitches forum there is no button to make a new thread.
I tried to edit a post I had made and it said I did not have permission. And when I tried to quote my post if instead quoted the post of another user in another thread.

Also, just frantically went through and re-purchased some custom pets from various shops-- hoping that's not going to affect my GP if there's some sort of data recovery in the making.

Uploading offspring from breeding lists doesn't work, it gives an error;
Cannot upload the file `offspring_image` for the following reason(s): Folder to upload file to is not writable.
I tested this on PMBC pairings mostly - but I suspect that uploading any breeding offspring would show this error.
