#58780 It's really shitty when people say things like "all straight people are boring" or "cis people suck" and they don't realize they're being bigoted.

But that doesn't mean there needs to be support for majorities, because people don't get harassed for being a majority (at least outside of Tumblr and you can always stay away from there).

In any case, everyone has their insecurities and problems, if it's not sexuality, maybe it's race, or sex, or ... idk, being an introvert. So don't focus on feeling excluded from a certain "support group", go find yours.

SpaceShipRat (#47778) thats just what I mean. it should be equal support all around for all things there should be no better no lower we are all equal. if everyone could realize that there be a lot less issues

Lady Evelon (#58780) We don't need "support for heterosexual/cis people" because the world is majorly molded around the "norm" that everyone is default cis/straight and anything else deviates from the "norm". Almost everything caters to being straight and cis. Minorities need support and awareness because they usually stand out as being "different" in a world which, in general, isnt used to them.
TL;DR you dont get a bullet bill when you're in 1st place in mariokart, only if you're close to last. Why? Because it makes it equal for everyone.
(if anyone wants to add to this/improve it feel free lmao)

Lady Evelon (#58780) I think you need to do some reading on why affirmative action is necessary and good. And what, exactly, do you think straight people need the support for? Are you bullied for your sexuality? Refused service? Denied rights? Did you struggle with coming out to your loved ones? Seriously, celebrating a group that needs the encouragement because they get abuse everywhere else is not a lack of equality. I understand that you may feel left out at times on the internet, but go watch any generic romantic comedy and remember just how included you are by society as a whole. -blu

We don't celebrate differences because having a "rare" sexuality makes you cooler, like a holographic Pokemon card, we do it because difference is beautiful.

We don't support minorities because they're *better* then others, we support minorities because they get crapped on a lot IRL, and they NEED the love and help an inclusive community can bring them.

The cards have been released to raise awareness of these orientations. Not to say one things is better or worse than anything else. Many people are very well aware of the general male/female/straight genders and orientations and do not understand that there are other things out there that may be a more comfortable fit for them. This is for AWARENESS and celebration that there is more out there than is written about in our parents books and the like.

This is not for debate or for singling out any individual. This is to help people be proud and comfortable in who and what they are, especially if they haven't found anything in their lives that feels 'right'. Information is good for everyone.

Guys, it's already been said, but if you wish to argue/discuss please take it to the forums or pms.

This item was created and made(and payed for) by a fellow -player-. It is not something the site made. They choose to commission he item and to offer it to the community.

Besides that these are put out there to make people aware/educate, and generally inform people that may not know anything about, misunderstand or only know a stereotype.

Again please if you wish to argue, or debate, take it away from the comments, as was already request a page or two back.
