Tigerbird Finx
Many of you have heard talk of the other side of Ay. One of the pets that walks those unknown lands is the Finx. We might not be ready to release the other side of Ay yet, but we're going to be releasing the PSDs to these pets one by one to accept colorations for when the other side of the world goes live.
The Finx is a species whose colors should blend the designs of a mammal and a bird. That one up there isn't a good example because that was just Xero experimenting on melos and reves (it is purdy though), but good examples would be:
- Leopard Hawk
- Tiger Osprey
- Panda Eagle
And so forth.
The Tigerbird is indeed the first of the Finx species and will be the only Finx coloration released before the other side of Ay becomes accessible. You can thank Xero for that. Due to the rarity of these creatures, he'll be handing out ten of them of random genders. If you would like to take your chances getting one, post your favorite thing about the Finx species. Winners will be randomly selected from the entries (no double entries, one news comment per person, please).

My favorite things about the Finx are the ears and whiskers. Well that and the possiblility of seeing a Jaguarundi X Vulture cross.

My favorite thing about it is the grace and power it exudes! Heheh, I also like the thought that it can hunt and fight in the air as well as on the ground.

My favorite thing about this fellow is WHISKERS. Omg whiskers. They're one of my favorite aspects of a cat. The texture of them, the sensitivity, the way they unwittingly broadcast a cat's emotions... they're wonderful. And now we finally have an Aywa that comes with WHISKERS.

I like the way they seem to be staring right past me(not at me, obviously I'm not woth looking at xD) with a smug little grin. They're part feline so obviously superior to us mere humans and can't be bothered to give us the time of day. xD

The entire cohesiveness of the Finx... the pose is great! Fun, mischievous, and maybe a bit preditory... as a catbird should look... Reves have no where to hide now! Muahahaha! ^.^

I love the spindally whiskers! They remind me of butterfly antennae with the little bead-like thing on the end! Super exciting! :D

Favorite thing are the wee poinky whiskers sticking out about it's face - that and its cute...but that was too random/lame.
