Tigerbird Finx
Many of you have heard talk of the other side of Ay. One of the pets that walks those unknown lands is the Finx. We might not be ready to release the other side of Ay yet, but we're going to be releasing the PSDs to these pets one by one to accept colorations for when the other side of the world goes live.
The Finx is a species whose colors should blend the designs of a mammal and a bird. That one up there isn't a good example because that was just Xero experimenting on melos and reves (it is purdy though), but good examples would be:
- Leopard Hawk
- Tiger Osprey
- Panda Eagle
And so forth.
The Tigerbird is indeed the first of the Finx species and will be the only Finx coloration released before the other side of Ay becomes accessible. You can thank Xero for that. Due to the rarity of these creatures, he'll be handing out ten of them of random genders. If you would like to take your chances getting one, post your favorite thing about the Finx species. Winners will be randomly selected from the entries (no double entries, one news comment per person, please).

Daaaah so cute like a keeetty Mo liiiikes *_* my favorite thing's got to be the fluffy little ears, course that's always been my favorite thing about cats too.

The favourite part I like about them is that slim, pretty tail. I don't know why, but I could stare at it for hours @____@

My favourite thing is that as a child, one of my favourite book series, Chronicles of the Starship Alexandria, had what was called "flaggerkatter", something like batcats in English, and though that is more of a birdcat, it brought back a lot of happy memories.

Aww, it's adorable! My favorite thing is its face :3 The expression seems sweet but sassy, and the ears are awesome. Those whiskers add a little somethin' too [wait, that's considered one thing, right?? xD] Love itt!

This may sounds odd, but I love their shape. The body and wings flow so well together, and it just looks balanced. They are absolutely adorable!

My favourite thing about the new Finx species is that it seems much more cat-like in stucture than many of the others. As I have just finished reading the Warriors series(about cats) I find myself looking at cats in a whole different way, even respecting them. The Finx's wings seem to give it an almost angelic look about it and I love it's expression, so all in all, I might have to say that my favourite thing about the Finx is the Finx(good job on the name by the way.) Reminds me of a tiger... but that must just be the colorations, or a Sphinx XD.

Love the overall idea, of combining colors/species of both bird and cat!
