The Silver Deer Emblem will allow you to create the SCC base--with hooves.
Note that this item allows metal designs only, and only works through the end of the month (September 30th at 11:59 p.m., after which it will become a collectable).

Only the Silver Deer Emblem can be used, and the pet must be metal.

Congrats to the winners! Im kind of sad to see a few of the lesser winners, who did unique digital or non-digital, with their positions. That colored pencil piece, and the last winner was amazing. Those are definitely my favs :)
