The Silver Deer Emblem will allow you to create the SCC base--with hooves.
Note that this item allows metal designs only, and only works through the end of the month (September 30th at 11:59 p.m., after which it will become a collectable).

Only the Silver Deer Emblem can be used, and the pet must be metal.

drat.... i didnt bother entering because i knew i couldnt do nearly as good as others i saw on there and had no chance of winning... and what do i get? i miss out on a participation prize lol.. oh well... that'll teach me...

I would also like to note I liked the entry that was "sugar art" (or salt?). That one was really fun.
