Site Update
This is a quick update to let you know some of the plans. As you might have noticed, accounts rolled back to Jan 14 or something. This rollback was accounts only (which maintains BP, GP, premium, and so forth), as pets and items weren't rolled back.
We do log all bank and shop (user and official) records, so what we're going to be doing is running a script that goes through all the purchase records and sends out GP and BP from accounts to the places it should be as if all those transactions were happening at once. You'll be provided a page so you can see everything you purchased from the rollback point to now.
That said, don't spend any of your current BP or GP -- it might belong to someone else... and the script will probably put your account into the negative if you remove the funds from your account before they send (so if you did that, might want to ask that person to send it back until the official script runs).
More updates will come as soon as we have more solutions...

I am not sure if anyone has mentioned this or not but while others that joined the site after Jan. 13th cannot log into their accounts, I would like to also say that others that have joined either early Jan or sometime in Dec. cannot login, either. (Just commenting since I've seen posts both on the FB Aywas Group and Felisfire). :)

I'm having the same problem as others about bp. I had hearned over 400k from adventure and games, is there nothing that can be done to get it back?

My account was made ON Janurary 13th, so I can access anything, but I've lost all of my progress (except for pets and items). My GP and SP are gone, as is 99% of my BP, and I'm set back to Bridge Level 1 (I was on I want to say Level 10 in the Rain Forest before). I'm confident that the team will get back what we've lost, but I wanted to put this here -- more data is always better when you need to solve a problem!

Is the auctions covered under this? My main source of BP is from adventuring and auctions and I've lost 8mil BP from the rollback.

I've lost about 700k but most of it was adventure and Xero and stuff like that.. not sure if I'll be seeing it again but if not, it's okay. Crap happens. ;) Glad the site is back up.
