Site Update
This is a quick update to let you know some of the plans. As you might have noticed, accounts rolled back to Jan 14 or something. This rollback was accounts only (which maintains BP, GP, premium, and so forth), as pets and items weren't rolled back.
We do log all bank and shop (user and official) records, so what we're going to be doing is running a script that goes through all the purchase records and sends out GP and BP from accounts to the places it should be as if all those transactions were happening at once. You'll be provided a page so you can see everything you purchased from the rollback point to now.
That said, don't spend any of your current BP or GP -- it might belong to someone else... and the script will probably put your account into the negative if you remove the funds from your account before they send (so if you did that, might want to ask that person to send it back until the official script runs).
More updates will come as soon as we have more solutions...

Oh man! What if I put all my money (BP/GP) into the bank? I did that earlier because I was afraid something else would happen to it, so now I'm scared that I'll get in trouble ;__;

Oh, the script won't work with the site given GP? So I'd assume that predict payment wouldn't be given back.... Who would I contact about that? (I should have 6 GP kickback from my 2 LBC breedings that I got from site stuff)

We're in a more or less similar situation to Calankh, were a lot of what we spent was earned through adventure, and in some cases, wasn't even put in the bank (we always tend to keep a couple million out normally). What can we expect to happen? If we go in the negative when the script runs despite not spending anything, would perhaps logic not dictate we -shouldn't- be in the negative? - Pardona

I've also noticed my premium item Lovrgram Box is missing from my inventory, is this the same for everyone?
I'm also very interested to know what happened to funds earned from adventure and shop.

Yay, it's back! Thanks for all your hard work! I am wondering about CDs though cause I had GP in one. Now, it's not there. I'm also wondering about adventuring cause I had used 3 books of completion to complete all of the grayed out areas.

I know you guys have lots and lots of more pressing currencies to worry about, but will we get earned Trash points back? I'm out quite a lot there and it's not like I got those items back to re-trash.
Lower priority than the GP, BP, and premium, obviously, but I haven't seen anyone else ping the radar about it.

Okay so if I get this right...Since I didn't use the bank at all does it mean I won't get anything back? And for the GP, the last I had was 3 GP from the site for a pet coloration being accepted. Hum that won't come back either?

Actually, the items being fine and possibly pets isn't true...My active pet isn't right...And my husband was told he already got the Feb. premium item...But he doesn't have it.

Just glad the site is back up. I can wait for my bp to get corrected. :D Though I am curious - will they be able to fix adventure? It set my adventure status back to when I first started the rainforest quests - and I was already working on the Wasteland when the site went down.
