This is a quick update to let you know some of the plans. As you might have noticed, accounts rolled back to Jan 14 or something. This rollback was accounts only (which maintains BP, GP, premium, and so forth), as pets and items weren't rolled back.
We do log all bank and shop (user and official) records, so what we're going to be doing is running a script that goes through all the purchase records and sends out GP and BP from accounts to the places it should be as if all those transactions were happening at once. You'll be provided a page so you can see everything you purchased from the rollback point to now.
That said, don't spend any of your current BP or GP -- it might belong to someone else... and the script will probably put your account into the negative if you remove the funds from your account before they send (so if you did that, might want to ask that person to send it back until the official script runs).
More updates will come as soon as we have more solutions...

active pets seem to be rolled back to whatever you had it set at on Jan 14th. I can confirm that pets that I purchased during the lost time are in my lair, as I have their individual links saved in a spreadsheet. You should be able to access all pets from the dropdown box under 'my pets' :)

I'm also in a similar situation as Calakh. Most of my BP were earned from adventure, and I spent about 4 million on pet store creatures on February 1. I've only got 2.5 million now, so I will be in the negative if those four million will be taken from me again.

Ok so there's no way I can get my BP back that I earned from adventuring in between the down time and the restore?? That really blows as like several others I don't keep all if it in the bank and most of this goes to an artist I commissioned.

My adventuring zone levels have been set back to what they were early in January, my fireworks background is also missing.
Will the script take into account new GP that was purchased after the 14th?

Um... What about missing pets? T.T It says my favorite pet doesn't exist anymore, and that's pretty terrifying. He was my second pet ever, and I caught him before pet IDs reached the 30k range, so he's not exactly new.
