This pet is old, just like the accounts being purged.
We are in the process of contacting the owners of accounts that haven't been logged into for a year or more. Among non-responses are people who respond that they want their account deleted. So, we deleted the accounts, and put the account IDs on factory fresh accounts, freeing up those IDs for one of you :)
If you'd like to participate in any of the raffles for freed-up account IDs, head on over to the Events forum.

Cool. Is there a limit to how many raffle tickets we can buy? Or will you be adding more raffle tickets after the 20 is sold?

There is no limit to the raffle tickets. And I'll transfer premium for the inactive account raffles.
